Jones of New York Swirling rayon Skirt

This is a dressy skirt that is completely lined. It is a lightweight rayon fabric which is completely lined. It is a multi-gored skirt with panels that are wider at the bottom creating a swirling swing to the skirt. The waist is 15"" and the length is 31". It is a midi length skirt. The background is black and the flower print is shades of gray and rose.
