Jonesy Blue Wave Ruffle Tank Dress

This Jonesy tank dress is very striking and elegant. It is dip dyed in 3 different shades from cobalt blue at the top to a light turquoise at the bottom. The tank straps have a small ruffle that meet in the front cascading into a 3 layer ruffle that flows into the hem which is bias cut. The strap ruffles meet in the back to create a shallow back V cut. There is a small imperfection in the fabric next to the side zipper (picture above). The dress is fully lined in blue chiffon fabric as well.
