Joni Blair Vintage dress

Joni Blair 80's dress. In wonderful condition. Perfect for pre-wedding parties. Tag reads size 9 but fits more like a 4. Due to the fit of the dress I have posted it as a medium, but tag reads size 9. For size reference I’m the one modeling it I’m 4’9”, wear a size 34C and wear a size 4/27 jeans. Fits me perfectly. Gorgeous floral pattern, off shoulder, bottom lined with tulle. Tulle has a minor hole in it but it's in the lining and not visible on the outside.
