megan_cohill @jtalexander23 19 1/2 on chest. But no give. That high waisted seam is 16 inches from there it flairs as you can tell, but I would not say it’s empire waist, but not fitted either- if that makes sense. I’m a true large and it was too small. I think it’s more like for a true size medium or size 8, small size 10- if that helps. The material is not super forgiving. And you’d want it loose.
