Josef seibel casual leather sneakers

these are in really good condition. there is a rubber insert on the sole that is falling apart. the test of the sole is very pliable and in good condition. it is hard to tell what size these are. It looks like they are marked size 46 which translates to size 12 in US but they are big and too big for me. they are more like size 13 US?
