Joseph Ribkoff Caped Dress size 14NWT

This dress is sure to make a statement! It is a sleeveless dress with a built in cape on the top. There is a gold piece of hardware which makes it look as if it’s holding the cape together. It has a back zipper with a keyhole and hook & eye closure. It’s very pretty and has some stretch. Armpit to armpit is 21 inches and length is 41 inches.
