Joseph Ribkoff Dress

What can I say about this dress It's shiny, it's unique, it's gorgeous. The tag says its a size 4 but I wear a size 12 and I fit into it. The fabric has alot of stretch to it so it could fit people of all shapes and sizes. It has a v neck and flirty little butterfly sleeves. It has a little ruched waist detail. The rainbow sheen of the fabric changes as you move through various lighting. It's lovely and comfortable and whimsical.
