Joseph Ribkoff Wired Collar Jacket 14 more a 12

Stunning jacket bought in USA last year for wedding this year. Sadly it no longer fits. The jacket is, I feel, more a 12 than 14, although it does have stretch. At the time of purchase I thought it was neat but was so in love with it, I purchased. Please refer to photograph to see ‘resting’ bust size. Lightly padded in shoulders.
