Cream color polyester with nylon tulle at hem. Beautiful ribbon roses with embroidery cover skirt all the way around. Polyester lining. Side zipper. Waist about 29". Length from top of waist to bottom of tulle 25". I wish it would fit me..never worn. Would look beautiful with a cream cardigan set or fuzzy pullover and pair of tights and ankle boots.
