afashionartist @bjm2414 Hi Barb! Yes they do! They are 36% elasterell and 64% cotton, so it looks like more than 1/3 of the material is stretch of some kind. The waist easily stretches to 35” and the hips easily stretch to 44” and possibly further. I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions. 🥰
