nv4me @chartreusemint hi, the waist flat without stretching it is 13” but the fabric gives and can stretch easily 2”. Hips are 16” but again the fabric gives if you need it. 34” length from top to bottom.

nv4me @chartreusemint the waist is hard to capture a measurement for. Is wider than 16 cause of the pleating when it’s flat I measure 17” and when I’m holding it end to end and measuring its 19” and that’s without stretching. I hope that makes sense and helps somehow. It’s an easy fit on the bottom and a soft beautiful dress, in beautiful tones.
