Josh and Jazz short dress

It is a blue dress that is knee length on me since I am 4'11. There is a large blue bow on the front. Tulle skirt is very comfortable and is not itchy. It zips up in the back and the top is breathable. The top bunches for style and has sequins all over the top. It's only been worn once and is in perfect condition! It comes from a smoke free home and has been kept in a garment bag.
