Jottum Girls Surprise White Dark Navy Dress Sasha

~Jottum Surprise dress size 9 Years/134 cm. Stunning and unique dress is navy and white (navy is VERY dark and can pass for black in most lighting). Worn couple of times. This runs small and is more suitable for a size (US size 8)in my opinion. Chest measures about 12'' across unstretched and can stretch to about 13'', length (from shoulder to hem) is a bit past 33" depending on how the bubble hem is laying. This is a unique and lovely dress! Shrug , showing in last picture, is not included
