Jottum high end girls dress, sz 7

Jottum girls dress, size 7. Designed in Netherlands High end, very versatile piece. Can be dressed up or down. Bustle can be unbuttoned for a longer, more flowy look. Very nice dress. Worn once, in excellent condition with exception of a missing button on the front. I saved the button and it can easily be reattached, I’m just not a great seamstress by any means.
