Joules (UK designer) sz 8 knee length dress

Navy and white striped size 8 dress made with modal and spandex, giving this dress a comfortable and flattering fit. Navy and white stripes with small yellow flowers scattered over the fabric. Ruching on the sides and below the waist to “hide” a tummy if you have one! NWOT never worn, dress doesn’t fit, totally bummed. This is a great dress for every woman!
