Jovani Ball Gown

Jovani empire waist strapless chiffon gown features beaded top bodice with small pleating at the waist and layered skirt. This retails for $650, and was purchased about a year and a half ago and worn on two events. There is slight fraying at the very bottom on the back on the inside layer, so the outside layers are still perfect. It would take very minimal effort to fix.
