This chiffon, Jovani Couture gown from Henri’s Cloud Nine is a showstopper. This was made custom for Henri’s. Size 4, hemmed to fit someone 5’4” with 6” heels. There is a slit on it which makes it easier to walk in. Perfect for pageants or prom. Worn once for a Miss USA state pageant. Belt is removable. One of a kind gown! The material underneath shifts color and is very unique. One shoulder design is very on trend, and the belt makes it a super flattering silhouette.
