Stunning black Velvet Jovani Couture Gown with Gunmetal Beading on the back and small shoulder padding. Absolutely gorgeous and received a ton of compliments! Pageant Gown! Dress is originally a size 4. I had a slit added in the front and altered to my size. Hook and eye closures and zipper! I wore a 4 inch heel with a 1 inch platform and I am 5'3.
