Only worn once for 3 hrs!! This dress is a head turner ! Beautiful purple striations thruout . This is a the full length gown and has mesh flesh tone parts in between boobs and on sides below arms as pictured . Hoping someone gets as much joy out of this dress and compliments like I did ! I also provided tag that I purchased item for in pics :)

@aduha aww thank you .I sent you an offer . I pd almost $950 with taxes and only wore 1 night for 3-4 hrs . I received so many compliments .

@titi1686 Taxes will be another $30-40 on the dress through Poshmark. When I compare this dress with other Jovani dresses, they are being resold for much cheaper than $500 since it has already been worn. 3-4 hours may not seem to you, but during that 3 hours you are taking pictures, eating dinner, dancing on a hot and cramped dance floor for prom. I think $500 is a good deal when comparing other Jovani resales that have been worn. I would love to buy it for $500!

@titi1686 It would be different if it was just for pictures, but having already worn it to prom, you must consider people stepping on it while you’re walking, on the dance floor, the wear and tear from the night! I will buy this dress right now for $500! I think that’s the most reasonable price for a resold prom dress! Thank you love!

@aduha I completely understand . This was a black tie event so it was basically just a “show up and look pretty “ event . No dancing. I would love to meet you in the middle at $550. I promise you won’t be sorry spending that extra $50:)

@titi1686 I apologize, but after tax it will already be around $550! Black tie events also come with sweat, wear and tear. Especially if it was for 3-4 hours. I would understand $550 for 1-2 hours, but 3-4 hours is a lot. If you offer this dress for $500, that will be the end of my negotiating, and I will leave a great review.

@titi1686 If you accept my offer of $500, I will also look at buying a pair of heels or a purse from your Poshmark to go with my dress to makeup for that $50. I see the dress worth $500, I work at a prom dress shop and I see the prices these dresses come in straight from the designers and I know how these dresses hold up!

@aduha completely understand unfortunately with the money I have in the dress and as I said it wasn’t worn for a prom. It was a simple black tie affair .. eating and socializing…so no rips or anything …the whole bottom
of dress is completely in tact . I can’t accept anything less.

@titi1686 I didn’t mean you wore it for prom! I just meant that this is a dress that was made for prom, and since I work at a prom store, I know how these dresses hold up. $500 is the most reasonable after being worn with this specific Jovani Designer 22770 Dress!

@titi1686 If you would like me to pay $550, could you explain to me how you paid “almost $950 with taxes” on a $724 dress? That’s nearly $226 in taxes. The highest you would legally pay in taxes is a total of $776.49, and that’s when using the state of California’s sales tax of 7.25%, which is the highest state’s sales tax in the country. I’m not sure what state you bought from, but even with the highest state’s sales tax, the math doesn’t add up, especially since you provided the tag as well.
