Jovani collared shirt puff sleeve

Super high end button down JVN by Jovani button up blouse. Business casual. Puff sleeves with high low ruffle and cut outs near the neck. I purchased the 0 and had to repurchase and go up a size cause I have super muscular arms- as a stylist I lift bridal gowns all day 😅 so if you are thin and have big biceps too - this may not work for you!
