jphamdp316 Dear Poshmark family, Poshmark tried to offer me $30 store credits for the damages that the buyer had caused to my dress. I feel that this is not right when Poshmark approved the return, buyer kept the dress since November 6th until November 13th (which was over the Veteran holiday). The dress didn’t arrive to my home until 3 days later which was November 16th.

jphamdp316 The dress was returned to me damages and mishandled buy this Posher above. I wanted to express my concerns at this point since Poshmark still hasn’t resolved the issues but closed my case without my acceptance. This is creating a very bad environment for our Poshmark environment and I don’t want it to happen to any of us here in this community

jphamdp316 Poshmark you need to inspect the dress yourself before you closed and canceled my case. The dress can only sit in my garage due to an extremely strong/bad odors/perfume caused by the buyer. This is very bad for Poshmark community!!
