The dress is beautiful and I love Jovani, curious on the hip measurement - is the skrit flowly? 15" seems small for the hip.

@dlansdowne hello! So I think I took the hip measurement a little higher than I should have. The dress fits like a true 12, and the skirt has room for movement below the hips.
