gooddeal643 hi. I had to pit additional cups in it for it to fit her and she's actually an a. cup. very small. the cups are as they were made. the seamstress had to take up the straps, and those can be let out. for ref. my daughter is about 5'6", weighs about 155, 160. very small bust and waist hippy and bigger bum. she has an a cup we had to pad that dress up, about 29 waist and her hips are 43" she's pear shape
