Jovani plus size prom dress. It was worn and is hemmed to fit a girl 5'4" and wearing flats. It is stunning with the lace overlay bodice over nude fabric. The whole back is sheer to the top of hip and has bra cups sewn in do a bra is not necessary. It zips on the side. The only wear and tear is there is one part of the rolled hem that has come undone, but could easily be restitched.

@urmomstagram sure! The measurements are 44.5" bust, 39.5" waist and 50" hip. Length would be perfect for someone 5'5" - 5'6" wearing flats or shorter wearing heels. It is so stunning, the pictures really don't do it justice.

@ooceanna sorry I don't think it could. It is professionally done, so they leave very little hem allowance. Typically 1/8 - 1/4". It could be cut into a short dress and be really cute I think.
