Joy Joy embroidered dress

Joy Joy brand is a great, classic brand. Cute summer dress w/ front pockets and tassels on each sleeve. There is what looks to be a water stain on it. I’m not sure, but probs would come out in the wash. I wore it once and never washed it. Priced accordingly.
