Joyfolie Gia ruffled capelet

Only used for pics. It’s so pretty. One size. When my daughter wore it she was about 7-1/2 yrs old and I want to say it could have fit here all the way til 8 yrs old. (She is long and slender, narrow shoulders, so pls purchase at your own discretion).
