Joyful Skirt

I smile every time I look at this skirt! I wish I could squeeze into it 😊 It conjures visions of a carnival. VGUC. Only couple of minor issues (see pics) which don’t detract from it’s beauty at all! Black, cream and red. Slight A-line (almost pencil profile). 100% cotton. Pleating in front. Comes with optional belt (2 loops need minor repair). Side zip and button closure. Size 12.
