So cute for the right person. Very Fitted with a top that features a squared off top that wrap around to Tie in back. the back is open to the waist. The skirt is a basic Aline no waistband style. the waist is 17" across measured from Sideseam to Sideseam. the hips measure 21" across between Sideseam to Sideseam. the skirt length is 16.5". Sidezip. no damage. fabric is nice with elastane and polyester and cotton.
