karen92113 @occhic Hi ! Sorry I just read this message. The bag is new and its beautiful but we noticed that the main zipper gets stuck when you open or close it and after you close it the zipper wont fully attach so it opens up. We sent a pic, waiting for Posh to send me return label. Unfortunately I can't keep the bag because it would be a hassle for me keep trying to close the zipper, I loved the bag I very bummed. If u have another one I can swap it out and send this one back

karen92113 @occhic yes I can def return it, Its my 1st purchase here so I was not sure on how to do a return thru posh or directly with seller . Not giving u a bad review at all! I loved the bag it's just the zipper :( once you receive it you will see where it gets stuck and how it detaches. Not your fault, you would have not noticed because the bag is new. I am so sorry I have to return it, trust me I love this bag I don't think I will find another one brand new for this price :(
