Jubi USA vintage beaded black maxi skirt small

Jubi vintage long black skirt. The waistline had a tall beaded design with a flower and dot design. The skirt is straight with a kick flare at the bottom. slim fitting for a flattering silhouette. The waistline has stretch and is a size small. Please see the measurements shown in the photos. I did not see any missing beads. I may have missed one but not intentionally. It is a polyester Lycra blend. This skirt is gorgeous.
