Jubilee Couture brand - Hi-low tunic flowy top. Pretty aqua turquoise blue. The last picture shows a better idea of the color. Lightweight, soft and stretchy with 3/4 length sleeves. Great condition I measure armpit to armpit 23 1/2" and shoulder to front hem 28", back hem 34"
