@honeycreekmo sorry it took me a while my family and I have been sick. Flat measurements 14in from the shoulder to the natural waist. Waist starts from 30in and can stretch a lot. 22in from elastic waist to the bottom

Bust measurement is what I really need. Just the flat measure from armpit to armpit is fine. And it has some stretch, correct?
