Judith Ripka Sterling Diamonique Heart Enhancer Pendant

Reversible sterling silver heart enhancer by Judith Ripka. One side shimmers with approximately 30 points of Diamonique simulated diamonds; the other side gleams with a satin finish. Both sides are framed with a rope border and has a removable snap bail. It measures approximately 1 1/8” long with the bail, 7/8” wide and 1/2” thick.
