New never worn gorgeous sterling silver cross enhancer by Judith Ripka. This has four light pink mother of pearl hearts with CZ stones. The center stone is a smoky quartz oval stone. Each heart is outlined in double lines of twisted ropes. There is a safety bail at the top. Stamped on the back Judith Ripka 925. Pictures do not do this vintage piece justice it is so beautiful!
