It is a size.1/25. They are stretchy and true size but if you want a lock and loaded fit go down one size. The rise is 11 inches and the inseam is 28 inches. it is made of cotton, polyester, and spandex. Great pair of jeans that are very slimming with the seam going down the front and a really nice dark wash.
