Juicy Couture Black Velour Flounce-Hem Maxi Dress

This is a new with tags Juicy Couture dress from the label’s boutique era, when Juicy had standalone stores pre-2014 and the brand was at peak quality. Black velour dress has adjustable spaghetti straps, cinched sweetheart neckline, and a relaxed, cascading fit into the flounce hem. Size is XL (equivalent to size 14). There are some slight indentations in the velour in waist area, indicating it may have been displayed with a belt at some point. Purchased from a Juicy store, likely around 2011-12. Length is 51 inches from armpit to the bottom of the hem. Material is stretchy. Composition: 76 percent cotton, 24 percent polyester. Smoke-free home.
