The waist is elastic and drawstring that hits right below the bust, similar to an empire style, and the bust area is very loose because it is a batwing sleeve design. amyamy13 @snoogs well the bust is pretty impossible to measure accurately given the design, but the unstretched waist is approximately 30 inches around. Bust is gathered and flowy, very roomy
