It has a luxurious soft feeling in the fabric, and as shown in photos, the tie around the waist is only hanging by a few threads, so can be cut off if annoying/ then use it as a hair tie! It has a unique soft flexible side wire that holds you up without the straps. All of my swimwear has been washed before selling! Made in China. Body: 92% Nylon, 8% Spandex.
