Juicy Couture Women’s Shirt Dress

I really love this dress. It's super soft cotton and it's lined. Too cute on but my problem is that it's low cut and I'm really small chested so I feel like I'm hanging all out...lol.. I did wash it trying to shrink it but that didn't work. Fits like a S-M Questions? Leave a comment below!
