Worn spots on all pleather trim, white on the heart and black on the purse. See photos. If it was me, I would use a Sharpie on the black trim to color in the worn spots and they would hardly be noticeable. But I will leave that to the buyer if you want to do that. Mirror has some tarnishing/marks. Charm is heavy duty. Hardware is heavy duty. Worn spots on the bow fabric. Dark brown. I had this professionally dry cleaned, so it's clean inside and out. Zippers work.
