Juicy Couture dress in size 2

It’s Juicy Couture dress, used. Its is not tight and size 2, so I think it should fit both 2 or 4 sizes I am 5.4 feet and it’s length is above my knees. The buttons on the shoulders show some wear, like scratches(see pic). If any questions, let me know:)
