marypavao If only the price is at $500 and above, ( because they need to pay them to come in or to send out) so thats why $500 or more would have the ability to do that, (makes sense) so just giving you knowledge or the heads up for when buying a not so sure item to get someone from the LV home look over your item, or another designer brand, but I sent my brief case out to be serviced, so now Im just waiting on an email with a price to see if It should be serviced or not at Rago Brothers,
