Jules & Leopold black skirt

This is a very classy, dressy black skirt by Jules & Leopold. The skirt has a pretty tie belt detail in the front. It is a stretchy, comfortable skirt that hits just below the knee. It is perfect for the office, dinner or a party. The skirt is size Small, and is in excellent condition. All items in my closet are from a smoke-free home.
