Julian Taylor surplice front dress. size 12, approx 18 inches across bust (armpit to armpit). 35 inches from armpit to hem, though the cut is slightly higher in front, lower in back. sleeves have elastic around the hem to create a nice puff sleeve effect. had a sash to create a nice waistline. pretty neutral colors.
