This is a rare find. This stunning, clear & faux pearl belt was manufactured by DeLizza & Elster for Kenneth J. Lane. Stunning clear rhinestone and filagree hearts , accented with a pearl and clear rhinestone buckle, decorated with filigree hearts, silver tone metal Measurements: buckle ~ approximately 2" strap ~ approximately 31" Dates - c1970. Hallmarks ~ marked as seen in pictures. D&E jewelry was marked when made for other designers, and is identified via study and evaluation of several construction characteristics.
