Julie Brown Dress, short sleeve, navy/cream

Retro, fitted Julie Brown dress from Nordstrom. Navy blue with cream trim. Excellent used condition, machine washable! Even though the label says Medium, I think it fits a Small. I’m 5’2” 120lbs and my entire wardrobe is XS or S, always a size 4.
