Julie Dillon Open Shoulder and Back Dress

Very unique and colorful dress with retro vibes. The sleeves have a slit so that the shoulder/upper arm is exposed while the rest of the sleeve drapes in a kimono-like way. The back is exposed in a narrow upside-down "V" shape so it is super-fun to wear but still modest. The material is soft and satiny, with a crepe-like texture, and the skirt is lined so no worries about clinging. Excellent, like-new condition.
