Julie Dillon Teal / Turquoise Dress

This is my favorite dress. The fabric is that fancy material that is stretchy. There are belt loops and I paired with a gold belt. Makes you look really thin. The fabric at the chest shows nice cleavage without being too revealing and it is also loose. Then the fabric is smooth around the waist, making you look so thin, and the skirt is a bit A-line and swings when you move.
