Julie Vos long necklace with byzantine-style pendant in excellent used condition. 36" length can be worn doubled to ~18" length by adding a slightly larger circular link to the clasp of the closed necklace (see picture of clasp closed while chain is doubled). 24k gold plated. Gemstone at bottom of pendant- my best guess based on what Julie Vos uses is that this is onyx.
