Julie's closet high waisted faux Wrap top

Very flattering high waisted top with faux Wrap detail at bust. Waist is in black with ruching down both sides to give you a great waist! Stunning pattern of red white white and grey pattern at top and black piping at neckline. Size large with tiny bit stretch but fitted. The blouse is used but in excellent condition.
